Negative Coggins Required
Texas Law requires that ALL Equine animals 8 months of age or older to have a negative Equine Infectious Anemia test within the previous 12 months before undergoing change-of-ownership.
Does your Equine Need Testing?
If you can NOT provide RMHTA the Original VS Form 10-11 Document (No Copies) indicating your Equine Tested Negative for Coggins within the past 12 months, you will need a new test. Our current Coggins Testing Fee is $45.00
Current Negative Coggins
If you CAN provide RMHTA the Original VS Form 10-11 Document (No Copies) indicating your Equine Tested Negative for Coggins within the past 12 months, you will not need a new test.

Equine Consignment Times:
- Equine Needing Coggins Test 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Sale Day.
- Equine With Current Coggins Test 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Sale Day.

Tack Consignment
RMHTA Tack Consignment (New & Used) Begins at 8:00 AM on Sale Day and Ends at 10:45 AM on Sale Day. Please Register as a Seller/Consignor at the RMHTA Front Office.
Auction Starts at 11:00 AM.
The Tack Auction Starts at 11:00 AM, and the Equine Auction Follows.

RMHTA Equine Rates
RMHTA Equine Commission Rate is 8% and the Pass Offer (PO) Fee is $25 per lot.
RMHTA Tack Rates
RMHTA Tack Commission Rate is 20% and the Pass Offer (PO) Fee is $5 per lot.
RMHTA Saddle Rates
RMHTA Saddle Commission Rate is 15% and the Pass Offer (PO) Fee is $5 per lot.
We Are Not Responsible
RMHTA is NOT Responsible for Cowboys or Horses Left Overnight.
Stealing Is A Crime
RMHTA will prosecute Horse Thieves and Hot Check Writers to the fullest extent of the law.
No Alley or Parking Lot Trading
Please do not participate in Alley or Parking Lot Trading at RMHTA, as you will be asked to leave and will be banned from future sales.
